This can be extremely injurious to health and should not be considered unless your weight is such that it is life threatening.
As well as feeling bad a lot of the time you are crash dieting you will experience the yo-yo effect of weight loss and weight gain. You will gradually get bigger and bigger. Do not do it. It does not work.
If you do become addicted to the gym and dieting and suffer rapid weight loss you will have excess skin. This can be cured by surgery but is fraught with all the risks that surgery can carry. Better to become a gym fanatic and diet gradually or even get fit first. You can be fit and fat and that is a fact. I am a little overweight but regularly work out, walk and jog.
