It is our policy that personal information, such as your
name, postal and e-mail address or telephone number, is private and confidential.
Accordingly, the personal information you provide is stored in a secure location,
is accessible only by designated staff, and is used only for the purposes
for which you provide the information.
No Release of Information to Third Parties
Personal information will not be released to third parties except to further the purpose for which you provide the information, such as sending your complaint to the company for action, or if release is required by law or is pertinent to judicial or governmental investigations or proceedings. There are no other circumstances under which we will provide or sell personal information to third parties.
No Computer Tracking of Identifiable Information
Our computer is not set up to track, collect or distribute personal information about its visitors. It does recognize the home server of visitors, but not e-mail addresses. For example, we can tell which Internet Service Provider our visitors use, but not the names, addresses or other information about our visitors that would allow us to identify the particular visitors to our sites. This information is used only for internal purposes by technical support staff.
In addition, our web sites track information about the visits to our web
sites. For example, we compile statistics that show the daily number of
visitors to our sites, the daily requests we receive for particular files
on our web sites, and what countries those requests come from. These aggregated
statistics are used internally to better provide services to the public
and may also be provided to others, but again, the statistics contain no
personal information and cannot be used to gather such information.
Hi,
Dieting and weight loss is a pain in the backside. We all know this. But if you have taken the first step on the road to a better life you are reading this. So take heart you can do something about it.
The key to being slimmer is to eat less food.
Simple as that.
Even if you do not change the content of your diet at all and eat less you will lose weight.
Obvioulsy if you eat half your normal amount you may lose weight rapidly. This is not a good idea at all. If you lose weight too quickly you will end up like a bean bag. The skin stretches when you gain weight. When you lose weight quickly you will not allow the skin to go back to its former state because it needs time to adapt. So you end up with too much skin.
Cut down your food for a week, if you are really over weight maybe by a quarter, ten to twenty per cent for everyone else will see a difference. In the second week cook a meal or two at home with good quality ingredients. Take vitamin supplements and drink coffee to speed up your metabolism. Keep this up for a couple of weeks. Gradually cook more of your own food. Drink diet lager instead of wine. Drink plenty of fruit juice instead of sugary pop. Diet pop is horrible, you are better off with fruit juice. The juice will give you a real lift.
