It's annoying when your're fat. And that's a fact. Simple. Let's face it
- who actually likes being fat? That's right, can't think of anyone. Being
over weight is a scourge of the modern age. The processing of food these
days is so intense and the content of food so easily manipulated that we
don't really know what we are eating most of the time. Unless you kill it
yourself and prepare it, or grow it yourself and pick it you just don't know.
Hormones, additives, colouring and fats are present in most food. If you're
fat it's not your fault. That's true in 99% of cases.
We are fed rubbish and get fat unless we are very careful. And who wants
to be careful right? Not me that's for sure.
The thing is you just need to eat different and you will lose weight. Get
a good cookbook that is quite healthy. Cook your own food, plenty of it.
Fill yourself up with different food and you will lose weight. If you walk
more, say half an hour per day continuous you will lose a small amount of
weight but you'll feel a lot better as well.
Start there and move on. See how you go.

Remember it's not your fault if you're fat. All you can do is try. You're
a good person that needs to feel better inside and looking better outside
helps this.

A lot of these will involve some form of gadgetry. However, beware of tablets
and pills. These are psychosomatic usually. Unless you get a tablet from
a Doctor it probably won't work.
Your best bet is to eat less and exercise more. Start gradually and build
it up. So cut out chips or burgers and eat something else one week. Walk
to the end of the street and back once a day.
The next week swap a high fat food for something else, grill all your meat
and fish, fry nothing. Walk further. get the bus to work. Be more active
and eat less and transform your life. It need not cost a penny.
