Lose Weight Fast and Safe with The Diet Mentor Lifestyle Coach

You need to eat less food and do more exercise.

A lot of these will involve some form of gadgetry. However, beware of tablets and pills. These are psychosomatic usually. Unless you get a tablet from a Doctor it probably won't work. Rea may article here.

Your best bet is to eat less and exercise more. Start gradually and build it up. So cut out chips or burgers and eat something else one week. Walk to the end of the street and back once a day.

The next week swap a high fat food for something else, grill all your meat and fish, fry nothing. Walk further. get the bus to work. Be more active and eat less and transform your life. It need not cost a penny to lose weight fast.
